Re:will the zc hold up??

yeah it will.
Where are you from?
I had one boosted it went up to 12 psi ;D
But I ran 7 psi daily(for 2 weeks) till i blew my gasket, cause i ran 12 psi one day and I had installed a new gasket before boosting, but i didn't resurace the head etc..

Nope you won't, the internals can hold 8 psi fine.

Im looking to do a zc swap with a custom kit in my crx. I keep hearing the t-25 is great but what kind of spool up times are we talking about? And will it hold 8 psi or so till redline?

Re:will the zc hold up??

T25 is a little small for the ZC, but will spool very fast, I'd say full boost by 3500 if not sooner. Its been along time since I remember what mine was like, and yes with a decent size DP and exhaust it should pull all the way to redline.

I'm really just wondering, how is it that the T-25 is great on a DOHC 2.0 (4G63) but it's possibly too small for a ZC? ???
