will this work?
 
will this work in a 95 civic like the one in the pic with a saab intercooler? or will this have a shitty floe because ill need alot of bends? thanxs

Looks like a possible interheater to me. You need to mount it closer to your fenderwell to justify its use.

what about if i place a couple of all slit/scoop to rush air into it....or remove the windshield washer fluid tank and make a pocket like metal scoop and mout the whole thing in the fender along the frame? i have no wheel wells.....or should i got so a DSM smic?

Fenderwell would be your best bet.

one small problem....can i mount the DSM SMIC with out removing my bumper? the guy that had it before me ribitted everything from fenders to bumper.....but i have no wheel well....

i can always remove the tire/suspension parts if needed...still no
