will this oil feed work (using steves ball valve thingy)

im concerned it will leak, ive always used banjo fittings with a -4 welded on the end, will a straight -4 into the turbo not leak? (lovin that venom intake manifold bling bling)http://www.newbieforces.com/files/willthiswork.JPG

That should work but you would have no way of telling how much oil pressure you are getting. I have mine setup near my firewall for ease of adjustment. I also tee'd it off after the ball valve with one going to my oil pressure gauge and other to turbo. This way I can adjust it knowing the oil pressure.

Scott, why did you do it like that? Put the restrictor into the side of the block fitting, and then the feedline into the back of the restrictor. That may work, but I'd be worried about that plastic/rubber/whatever knob on the restirictor valve. Not sure if that burning away would cause a leak, but it's def. better on the block fitting.

Also, the restrictor is nickel plated and I'm not sure as to the heat tolerances of that stuff. ???

aw damn, i guess i'll just put the -4 45degree fitting straight into the turbo, i wanted to do it like this do i could get the feed line up a bit higher.

You'll have plenty of room for the feedline.
