Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
On to the pics:

What do you think? |
Re: Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
hmm... that mani doesnt look bad but id predict more power on an hf mani/adapter combo... i just think the design of the hf manifold prevents reversion of exhaust more than typical log manifolds, and higher velocities in the runners. Just my opinion though, im sure people are gonna argue either way about this.

Poor craftsmanship.
Is that what sucking cock gets you? ;) |
Re: Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
bout time you got that sucker. Id take that over an HF, imho.

Re: Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
Looks like a standard log manifold to me. Thats what you get, its a log.

Re: Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
Its a log manifold so it will definitely flow like ----, but thats one piss poor manifold. :-\

lol, ----.

Re: Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
its a log. with a matching recirculated downpipe for pennies.
log manifolds blow. if you were expecting a crazy flowing manifold. a log wasnt it. sigh |
Re: Will this manifold flow better than an HF?
I didn't expect a crazy flowing anything. Just asking for opinions on this, because it seems like it could've been better in some areas. The ports to the head had to be ground out to match because of poor alignment, there were lots of sharp loose pieces of metal on the inside that would have been sent straight to my turbo, and the opening at the T3 flange could have been opened up way more, which I'm going to have to do. Not bad for the price though.
