Default White Smoke

Check this out i started to get white smoke Out Of Exhaust after she warmed up at idol and during boost. The smoke did not smell like oil so i thought i pop a head gasket so i tear it apart and the ------- head gasket was good ---- so i take the head the the machine shop and had them pressure tested and pull the head apart and check for cracks and it was good to WTF so i take a good look at my POS Egay turbo and the mother ****** was leaking on the hot sidethe the bearing on the hot side was fucked lucky me So i did what any of you guys would do when money is tight i went to the wrecking yard and got a garrett Center Bearing Housing off a T Bird and fixed my turbo true HMT style untel i get the money to get another turbo the dam head work set me back 167.00 the garrett Center Bearing Housing 10.00 .

that should have been the first thing you checked. much easier to pull the turbo than the head.

i look over the turbo good before i pulled the head off. if you just look at the turbo you could not tell it was leaking untel you take it apart. whats weird is the white smoke had no smell the only thing i can think of is the oil that i am useing ( Royal Purple ) maybe it don't smell like other oil's.

no Royal Purple smells like a cross between burning pianuts and burning plastic not like normal oil.

not really...the Eneos ---- we have at the shop doesnt smell a bit like conventional oil
