White Smoke?
Alright so my car blows a lot of white smoke out of the exhaust only when I hit boost. It idles fine and drives without hitting boost perfectly normal. At first I thought the seals in the turbo were bad so I took off the intercooler piping and there was no oil in there, so the turbo isn't leaking any oil. So now I think its due to my head lifting at boost causing it to leak coolant. Wouldn't the pressure push air into the coolant jackets and not suck coolant into the combustion chamber? Well Im not exactly sure what to think of it at the moment... Anyone have any advice?

Yes boost would leak into your jacket, but you also have to remember that only 1 cylinder is seeing boost at a time, if you head is lifting enough coolant can leak into the others.
But this normally only happens under huge boost levels, not 10psi or so like most guys run here. I could be a blown headgasket all together.
