Wondering where everyone put there egt probe? the number 3 runner on the mani or on the downpipe. Did a search but couldn't really find anything.

 

between 1-4" on the 3rd runner (obviously on the mani)

 

i put mine right at the turbo exhuast outlet in the downpipe. i just use it to keep an eye on egt and note any inconsistencies. i didn't want the probe to wear out, break off, and chew up my turbo. works for me there well.
