where do i start
 

i have a 2002 mazda protege 5 wagon. i want to turbo charge it. where i s the best place to start looking, what do i need to get it up and going, and how do i keep the cost down.

I know this is a big Honda site, but alot of the information found here can be used for many other makes and models. So the first place I would start is here in the forums. Read all you can and you will eventually learn what you will need to get to turbo your car.

your main issues will be fuel management and getting an exhaust manifold made, if you can do those 2 things then it will be no problem.

grab an turbo exhaust manifold from Mazdaspeed.

I bet almost everything used on that mazdaspeed protege will fit. even the ecu! :)
