push them in as far as you can(they wont go far)
put the fuel rail on and tighten down slowly and evenly, the injectors will pop in.

I took my stock O-rings and sanded them after putting them on the fuel injector to make the fit not so tight. the key is to sand a little, then test fit till they're perfect.
