have a 14b and i ned to run les boost?how can i or do i have to buy a dif accuator. if so where can i get one and of what car?

You aren't going to find one. It's an 8psi spring, how much lower do you want to go?

Even if you did get the low psi one that doesn't exist, it will still probably creep up to close to 8psi anyway with that internal gate.

 

I've seen tampons at CVS. The lower-psi wastegates are undoubtedly on the same aisle between Vagisil and eyeliner.

 

The only reason a guy should be looking for tampons is because he ***** to hard, they bleed.

You'll have to look on ebay for cheapies, they are 50+ if you want a new one. I lucked out finding a 5psi pair from Lingenfelter, they took them off a customer's twin turbo vette for something bigger - cost me $0.01 + $9.99 shipping :P

You could ask around here too, I'm sure there's a few people who went external when they set their kit up - look in the HMT WG Pressure thread to see which low-psi OEM gates you should look for.
