hooked up everything right and no boost i get like 1 pound at 5000 rpm

my setup

d15
stock fuel pump with dsm 450s
afc
13b

i hear the turbo and the blow off valve but im just not getting any boost ,gauge shows zero and something like 1 pound at 5000 rpm, maybe i need a boost controller? what do you guys think it could be

leaking bov, wastegate stuck open, high exhaust backpressure(after teh turbo), blown hose on charge piping.
just gotta start ruling things out ;)

Are you using the WG actuator that came w/ the 13b?
Where are you getting the signal for your boost gauge?
Got any good pics of the engine bay that shows vacuum line routing for WG, BOV etc...

Have you gone over the basic stuff for a fresh turbo build? ie, charge pipes, vacuum lines popping off, etc..

Thats the first thing I thought of. Have you taken the car out and drove it? If you are just sitting there and reving it up you are not going to make boost, or very little boost. If you put a load on it, like driving you will get boost.

back from europe ill post some pics soon but

not in neutral i drove it
took pliers and moved the wastegate arm its working
tried different bov

its going to be a charge pipe somewhere

are you sure the wg is holding the flapper shut all the way?

are you getting vaccum on your gauge?

What do you think the boost is set at?
