What's the most a blue box handle?

Before you get into telling me to just chip my P06 and using chrome, uberdata or something along those lines, I just want to get an idea of what a Greddy blue box can handle? Say if I put like bigger injectors (like 310's) or bigger turbo(anything larger than my IHI rhb5 vf :P)? Knock all you want but I just like the simplicity of the bluebox and no hassles besides the wiring. I don't plan on boosting over 10psi and just run what WG on the RHB5 is set at. My setup is a 92 dx hatch with just a y7 with a z6 mani( still OBD1 running on a P06) homemade mani with a t3 flange welded on and also one welded onto the IHI so I don't have to ditch the mani once I upgrade over the IHI in the future. Then fuel management is just the

I was running the bluebox on my previous civic intercooled up to 9 psi for a while with the bluebox on a stock d15b7. Ran on 7psi all year round. Not a single problem compression tested at 180 across all cylinders when i sold the car.

Did you have any thing upgraded that wasn't normal OEM stuff like bigger injectors or bigger fuel pump? If so did the bluebox just compensate for those and not have to manually tune anything?

I had a b&m fuel pressure guage and fuel pressure regulator running stock 32psi. So basically stock fuel system, stock injectors, stock everything, even stock fuel pump with 130k miles on the dx motor. I made a hard pass running 15 psi but my motor didnt seem too happy with that and if you tried running 15 psi on a hard pass youd know what I mean with unhappy lol. Overall it handled up to 11 psi pretty well but I wouldnt recommend that. It was very fast on 7-9 psi and seemed the smoothest and strongest setting at 7 on a small side mount intercooler, greddy sp exh, straight pipe. My intercooler however was mandrel piped with ducted ports feeding it cold air from the front, wasnt near anything hot. Ive seen some intercoolers mounted right by the turbo where the ac is and well that prob isnt very efficient. Just make sure you have an adequate ic and you should be fine on 7-9 psi. Had that car on boost for 2 years nevera single problem. Run 10w-30 castrol or anything high brand or synthetic. At one point I was running expensive ass 10w-30 Motul oil.

DAMN! 32 PSI! I'm just thinking of throwing in a bigger fuel pump and maybe some lude injectors. Don't wanna run 450's right now. Probably like 290 or 310cc injectors and then pick up a fpr and gauge.

teh blue box doesnt controll the injectors per say.. so adding bigger injectors will not help you unless you chip/afc hack them. i would say 7-10 PSI is aobut all its made to handle.

I have been running 8 for about 8 mo. now on the blue box (D16y7). When the weather warmed up I started getting alittle ping above 5K rpm, so I added a BTM. I now run 8 on the blue box with 0.3 degrees retard per pound. Everything else is stock.
