i'm very decepcionated with my car... i just do a mini me on my D15B7 with a D16Z6 head.... i really could feel the difference. since it was automatic i swap the tranny to manual, and i also feel the difference. i was able to make 9.5 sec. from 0-60mph and 17.3s the 1/4 mile....
then i decided to boost it. im using a IHI RHB5. im using stock injectors, and a turbo chip to run 8 psi intercooled... a side mount intercooler, and thats all.
Now im running like 8.1 sec. from 0-60mph and 16.5 sec the 1/4 mile. i think thats ---- man... i was waiting to do 14s passes but i dont know whats happening. now i have turbo i cannot feel vtec activation, its like ignition timing is too retarded. i dont know if it has somethin to do that since its a mini me the cam gear its not aligned with the head its like a half a teeth moved....

 

whats a turbo chip?

 

what kinda fuel managment? where did you get your "turbo" chip? little more info on your setup

 

stock injectors wont do

 

i have a D15B7 block/D16Z6 head, civic lx 4 doors. i got a chipping kit from xenocron, i asked him to do a basemap for an 8 psi intercooled, with everything stock (including injectors), and i installed everything and works OK.
but the 8psi seem to be 2, the car is ------- slow...

i may be wrong but when you did your mini me swap did you use your d15 timing belt? i think you have to use a d16z6 timing belt or your timing will be off a tooth or more.

 

i used the Z6 timing belt but when i install it i noticed that tightened was like a half teeth moved

 

u can do that? i have a feeling you may be running a little lean. you might want to email xeno back or post your bin. i gotta see this
