Try to find a T3 from an old thunderbird, Merkur XR7Ti, Buick Grandnational, GMC cyclone, all of these cars came with a big T3 with 60AR. That would be the best Junkyard turbo before getting a hybrid T3/T4. Search for those cars.

These turbo's will get you into the low 13's and high 12's with good tunning and good traction.
