What turbo and tuning for 1990 supra w/ jasper swap
I am building a Kit for a supra and i am wonderign what Tuning, turbo, and injectors to get
i was thinkin
custom mani
8inch JRC
SAFC <<<i dont know what to use
t3/t4 60 trim 70 a/r
2.5 inch custom piping
custom oil lines
hks ssqv
will this be sufficent? ive only dotn kits on Integras

if its a non turbo, run the turbo ecu and harness. Use a lexus afm and 550-650 cc injectors. Run nothing less than a big t3/t4. That thing is a 3.0I6. the turbo guys dont run anything but a straight t4 
My buddy has one, but those things are heavy as hell, and even 550 hp wont get you into the 12's

My buddy has one, but those things are heavy as hell, and even 550 hp wont get you into the 12's If he was going to go so into it where hes changing out the entire harness, megasquirt might be a better solution. I dont know any mk3 supra guys so i dont know much about running the lexus afm also

megasquirt isnt as easy at it seems. an extensive knowledge of efi wireing and tuning is required to get everything running correctly. swapping the harness isnt that hard of a job. the lexus afm is already calibrated for 550cc injectors, and tuning an adjustment screw on it will allow it to run 650's. the stock 440's wont go too far in hp goals. i think 280?

well its the same gate maf on both cars isint it? on the 7mge and the 7mgte. the 7mge has the same maf as my 3sge. and swaping a harness on a toyota is a pain in the ***, how toyota has that thing routed.

what does the supra maf and your 3sge maf being the same have anything to do with swapping the harness in his car??
Not gonna lie, it is a bitch. the harness runs under the intake manifold and all around in the engine bay. Your best bet is to swap to a 7mgte head and intake manifold and harness. this way you will have dis ignition and basically a 7mgte engine. save those na cams for the gte engine though!
regardless how much work this is to do, its going to be much easier than getting megasquirt to work on that car. trust me on this one. I dont think one person on the megasquirt forum has got a well running 7mgte.

it isnt gonna be a lot of boost. I think im just gonna go with a t4 turbo and safc.
Do u need to retard the ignition timing? I am think just bigger injectors, not really boostin over 15 psi. I know NOTHING about these engines, but i would think that they are all forged?
