What T3/To4e trims are for my application?

What trims would be good for my setup? I have a stock block B16A1 plan to use 8psi Maybe run 10psi I dont want too much lag but i also want a turbo that could push more psi in the future. If i use a .63A/R exhaust what compressor trims and A/R's should i use?

Probably around 4500... other things come in to play as well, vtec point, what type of cams, compression, size of DP, and if you have a cat. Exhaust size etc. for spool times.
