i went a picked it up from the junkyard today but there is no wastgate flapper or is that supposed to be on the DP? i will post pictures later.

Nice!Keep in mind that that wastegate is adjustable.So you wont need a boost controller

i was thinking about getting one of those flanges that close over the wastegate port and get an external. i think it might need a rebuild because it spins but only when i turn it. what kind of shop would be able to rebuild it and about how much does it cost?

Jeff, you may want to go with something a bit bigger than that. I've used one of those saab t3's and it spooled pretty fast. Get yourself a larger one, something similar to what BBKA is using, hell even a small spec T3/T4 would be nice.

T3 60 trim .63/60. Pulls hard, and spools pretty quick!

where can i find one of those? did they come on a certain car?
