I have a 1990 crx with a d16, std manifold, t25 dsm turbo. What sized tubing should I use for the intercooler? 2.25, 2.5 or?? I only plan on 10psi boost. Thanx guys I ------ love this site some of the ---- is priceless!!!

 

i have the same turbo and am using 2.5". seems to work fine

 

anything 2"-2.5" is fine.

 

i would say 2" is plenty

 

2" charge pipe from turbo to IC
2.5" charge pipe from IC to IM

You can get both the inlet/outlet pipes on the IC 2.5" then use a 2.5" to 2" reducer on the IC inlet pipe.
