Default What Oil to use and how to brake-in for new turbo????

I just finished installing my T3 turbo to my Mini-me(z6/b7) 94 h/b about 140k and its my first time installing a turbo so Im a newB. My questions are:

1. Which type of oil should I start using now with the turbo??
- Before without turbo I used Castrol Synthetic 10w-30 for high milage car.

2. Is there a Break-in procedure for brand new turbo??
- I heard that I should pre-oil the turbo by cranking the engine with disable injectors and disconnect spark plug wire. Is this correct?

Please help me!! Thanks a lot guys....

Use the 10-30, and start it like normal. Let it warm up, and then rape it. The whole injector pulling ---- is worthless. The oil gets to the turbo .034 seconds after you start the car, and during that time I doubt the turbo spins at all, and raises in temperature at a rate of 0 degrees.
