Default what ohm RESISTORS?

Im using 10 ohm resistors for my injectors and i wanna know are they the right ones... in my last post i asked about my fuel prob., ive had 2 chips burned and yeah still SOMETHING is dumping WAY WAY WAY too much fuel and my car doesnt run. ------- bull ----

stick an ohm meter or multimeter up to your ijnectors with them unplugged. They should be between 2-5ohms as long as they are consistent on all of them. Then yous you would want to use roughly 10 ohm resistors. If they're consistently 12-16 ohms (with or without resistors) you're good.

yeah... im running the 10 ohm's on my z6.. ran good for about a week now for some reason SOMETHING is dumping too much fuel in ? i had another chip and tune burned too.... soilderd the resistors and yeah... i dont know wtf is making it dump so much fuel in now.. it happend for a night then it took like 10 min of idling rough and it cleared it self out?..... now it hasnt ran for like a week.. it runs but not even driveable...

have you checked the voltage going to the resistors while its running? try that and and see if the voltage changes when it goes from running good to running like ----.

well there all soilderd in.. and yeah.... tite.. and to check when its running good then not.. yeah it doesnt even run good EVER.... it doesnt start sometimes.. cuz too flooded or it wont even back out my drive way because it wants to flood out.. so theres not even a tim eit runs even OK anymore.....

timmy said something about one of your resistors might have grounded out on your fuel rail because i didn't put enough tape on them and a piece of the metal was poking through. ---- i thought i taped the bastards up good but hit me up tomorrow and i will go pick some new resistors and we can check it out. i didn't know your car was still not running, brandon said he rode in it the other day, guess he ment before your problem started.


CALL ME IN THE MORNING!!!

i'll bring the laptop and see what we can figure out
