well hmm.. For the blow off valve, it might be too tight. try loosening it a little.. the turbo kit i just bought from this guy with a d15 had a problem with the bov blowing off, and when he loosened it like 1/2 a turn it worked fine. And for the boost gauge, there's no reason for it to only be showing 1 psi if your 1/4 mile time decreased so much. you obviously had to be boosting more than 1psi.. check where that yellow hose for the gauge is connected to the plastic one.. and make sure the gold screw-on fitting to the gauge is all sealed. maybe your gauge is defective.. Thats all the info i can give..
