what kind of a deal is this?

My friend is offering me a garrett t3/t4 turbo/rev hard log style mani/ NOS fuel pump all for $600. is this a good deal? There is no shaft play in the turbo and it is about 6 months old.

$450 would be fair to me.. but a deal would be <400

in my opinion
