Default What the hell could be wrong????

Hey guys this is the weirdest thing. Today I went to go and mess
with my car to hide a few Megasquirt wires to make it look nice.
I get in the car ready to tune a little on the road and it cranks then
dies, try it again and all the lights just go out?!?!?! WTF I click the key
to the on position and nothing no clock lights even the horn doesnt work
anymore. Now when I click on the hazzard lights the relay starts to make
a buzzing sound, but when I click the key switch to on it stops the buzzing
but still no power anywhere. I checked all the fuses and everything checks
out fine, what the hell could be going on here
Please help I'm stuck and I've been waiting to drive the car for like 7 months
now
PS It's an 88' corolla FX16
Stock ecu is totally gone, but the car still started a couple of days ago.
PayPal $10 to whoever figures out the problem
Thanx again

Is that the positive wire that comes of the battery If so ya fuses are good.
The hazard lights relay gets voltage and stuff, I just cant imagine why it's doing
this.

Ok here we go measuring from the starter, with when the key is off it shows 12v, on AC it
goes to 2.5v and on ON it goes to 1.5v.
Does this indicate a blown relay or fuse somewhere

Would you happen to know any easy ways of finding the spot thats grounding
Besides the multimeter
You dont think maybe the kkey switch itself is bad do you
