i reach max psi in every gear except for first, first will only spool up to about 9 before i reach redline, but yeah, i hit full boost in fifth just by stomping it on the highway, fifth will reach full boost around 5k. is there a pass word for that room?

Nice to hear that you got your problems fixde Kev...
I gapped my sparkplugs to .27 ...and I'm NA...just so i don't forget when I go turbo.
And it runs a lot better like that in NA than the stock gap

yea the pass word is rocks, sorry bout that i forgot. what i was asking was, since you're running 13-14psi now, in 5th gear how many more psi's over 14psi does your turbo put out since there's more load in 5th? i have the same car you do.

i've never noticed it go over, more load just means it spools up quicker, the wg and boost controller keep it regulated regardless.

For what it's worth I have mine gapped at ~.35 with a MSD 6al, btm and blaster 2 coil.

yeah, let me add, this is for stock ignition. you can get away with a bigger gap with aftermarket ignition b/c you have a stronger spark.

Nod, I have never gaped my plugs lower than .035, I have always used MSD on my engine/turbo setups, and I tend to keep the gap right at .038-.040, just a tad under stock. I always use factory heat range as well.

Even on your D's? Why not just put in some B16 6's. Makes me sleep better at night.

Projekteg, aren't those plug 2 steps colder than stock? I got the 6's yesterday and had to do some searching for those. How much of a difference would I see going two steps colder than just one?
