What do you use to cut piping?
Well the only things that come to mind are:
Bandsaw Chop saw Sawzall Bandsaw it out of the question, I'm not going to spend that money just for my piping. There are cheap chop saws on ebay for around $60, I'll get one of those as a last resort because I'm sure it could do IC piping no matter how cheap it is. I am currently bidding on a used Milwaukee sawzall, because I can do a lot more with it than I could with a chop saw. Lots of bids though and I may get beat out at the last second. Does anybody have any cheap methods of cutting the piping? I have a dremel but thats just straight up ghettp. Guess I could use it if I have to. Any input is appreciated. |
Re: What do you use to cut piping?
Hack saw. $5.99 and a little muscle. I made all my IC pipes that way and it took about 3 min per cut i had to make. With a good metal blade it doesnt take much to cut the pipes.
