Default What do you guys think about this build.

What do you guys think, what would you change, whats your opinions. I'm going for 315whp on a daily driver (I do about 3k mi every 2 months).

Engine is a D16y7
Eagle H-beam Rods
Vitara Pistons (What would be the best size to go with, guys?)
New Rod bearings (looking for suggestions for a good company, I've heard King is good)
ACL Main Bearings
OEM head gasket
Walbro 225 fuel pump (this will be sufficient, right?)
OEM Timing Belt
new water pump
Crower Springs, Retainers, Valves
3-angel valve job (laskey Racing)
AEM adjustable cam gear
AEM fuel rail
ARP head studs
Edelbrock Intake Mani.
Throttle body (Should I upgrade the TB?)
Zex 105300 cam (this will fit my Y7, right?)
T3/t4 turbo with .63 exhaust housing (Would this work @ 14psi?)
450cc injectors
Hondats S200
Should I stick with OEM motor mounts so it's not a rough drive?
FMIC
Intercooler piping
Custom Down pipe
Dump Tube
Custom manifold (so I can keep A/C)
BOV (not sure which model to go with, I've heard a lot of good things about Greddy's)
Tial 38mm waste gate (is this a good size?)

Turbo Timer
Boost Controller
Necessary gauges
Oil lines (where is the best place to buy these from)
Oil restrictor (I've heard bad stories about not running these, whats a good size to play it safe with?)

I think I've named it all. If not PLEASE let me know, and please feel free to add or subtract anything.

****? lol

It's capable of holding the 315whp right? Would the t3/t4 be the best turbo to run?

sounds like it will be a solid set up, but a few tips, make sure you get a real turbo, no chineese crap that WILL break, check out www.blaastperformance.com for the snail, make sure your main and rod bearings match, dont mix brands, add a catch can set up to vent the crank case properly, make sure you have a solid clutch, you're going to need something aftermarket to hold 300+ whp, a sprung hub six puck should suffice, check out www.lsdmotorsports.com for that, and lastley you should really ditch the vitaras in favor of some low cost forged units, srp's would work well, the vitaras will work fine, but with that much into a build you may as well have forged pistons that have proper wall clearance and arent noisey from piston slap...good luck

no prob. man, a couple other things i forgot, 450 injectors will work for 300-320 whp, but they will be at like 95% duty cycle, which will work but if your budget allows it, get some 550 cc injectors, because with this build you could easily push the 400 whp mark if you choose to do so, but you will need the 550's for that, and while hondata works fine, if you already have it then yeah use it, but if you dont, then just run a chipped p28 with crome pro, it will save you some money.....
