Default what to do with the Garrett 42/48 t3 flange?

the volvo 42/48 turbo has a dish like thing around the t3 flange that my manifold doesnt cover. Is there a gasket that i can get from the factor to make it seal or do i need to make something

my other idea is going to make a 1/8 in gasket to extend over the wholes and be sandwiched in there... Will that work?

You could try filling the gaps with some welding and then get the flange resurfaced.

you could get the flange machined down until smooth and then use a regular gasket.

You can just buy the right gasket.
