distilled water and rubbing alcohol 50/50. distilled water so it doesnt corrode things and rubbing alcohol because it evaporates very quickly (which is how things get cold when wet)

The densities of rubbing alcohol and water are different so they'll separate. What I would do is run 2 different fluid tanks, one with alcohol and one with water. Then connect them to the intercooler sprayer setup. They will still separate in the lines. But say for instance you used a windshield washer pump. With a single bottle the water will go through first and then the alcohol, since the alcohol will float on the water. But with 2 bottles you'll get a consistent mix of alcohol from one bottle and water from the other in the lines.
