I found a turbo eclipes the turbo has know shaft play would this be a good turbo for a b18a to get like 8-10 psi out of or not. Also is there any thing else i can use off of it. thanks guys

 

Little small for a B motor but you can sell it on egehy. I would grab the intercooler, the injectors and clips.

 

ok cool thanks man well if im loooking around for a good turbo and i want to run 8psi on the street but be able to turn it up to around 12psi at the track what size turbo i need or is there a stock car turbo i may be able to get on off of thanks and le tme know

 

T3/T04E would be a better bet. Or even a larger T3 if you just wanna street car.

 

You can use the 14b if you want on your B series but yes it is a little small just like he was saying. Your top end might be a little crappy, but you'll make more trq then hp which I guess there isn't anything wrong with that. my friend had a 14b on his h23 motor and he made 50 lbs more trq then he did hp :-p

 

don't forget the resistor box if it has one otherwise u can run a honda one =)

 

If you have it you can use it. It will still be a big difference from na. Yeah it won't pull as hard as a bigger turbo up top but it would still pull harder than stock.
