Default What is this for?

In this picture the item on the left, I know it's the fuel rail fitting but see how it has the Phillips head screw on the top of it? Well, there is a like a little plate/valve on the bottom side of that. What's the purpose of that thing? Is there anyway to replace that fitting with like an -AN fitting? Thanks folks!

that is your fuel feed line. i don't know about using an an fitting, but you could just go to a junkyard, i think they are the same on all hondas and acuras, you could probably get one for a couple of bucks. make sure you put those washer back on though or else that bitch will leak like a mother ******

I know it's my feed line, but I'm talking about the regulator looking fitting that goes onto the fuel feed line. It has a Phillips screw on the top that moves a little plate on the inside, up and down. I'm just trying to figure out what this does for flow.
