Default well, ----...

so i blew my oil seals when i accidently kinked the return line a while back and took it apart to see what i needed to replace, and im pretty sure its just an O ring, the oil is leaking from the turbo into my charge piping, sound good

also here are both of my turbos, blown one is on left, and blown oil seals on right, but look at the turbine wheels on the bottom, they both look all fucked up but it was still giving boost... should i grind the other one so it doesnt have all that cruddy stuff or leave it be

Grinding would mess up the balance. With the trouble of grinding followed by expense of balancing (if they would even do it on ground down turbine) it would be far better to just get a new turbine wheel.

Do not put new wheel in housing till you fixed what ever is chewing them up first. You probably knew that, but it appears to have happened twice already.
