Default weld adapter plate

can you weld the hf-dsm adapter plate straight to the turbo and them bolt down the hf manifold.

Yeh. It has been done( there a pic floatinga roud here somewhere)
But why would youwant to do that went the holes are alreadyt made for the bolts
and then if the turbo goes bad you gotta get a new adapter for the new turbo

cant find one bolt i need where i live .i would order it online i just need one not 25 or 99 extra laying around they only sale them in bulk for 45 buck

trying ace,home depot,lowe. and any hardware store they just have 1.5 pitch only and it need to br socket head screw. i need a m10x1.25 25mm long socket head screw

i know my homedepot has that ...where do you live if your that fucked..i'd spend the 12 bucks of so and just drill and tap that ---- to your own preffered thread

BINGO!!!!!!!!!!! or whynot just weld the adapter plate to the HF mani ...dont do it to the rurbo!!!! and re-tap the holes for the turbo if you dont have the ones necessary.

Open your yellow pages and look under "Fasterners" you'll find many places that you can call that will have the bolts you need locally as long as you live in a decent size city.
