Weird top end bog? AFC hack Toyota

Setup:

3E 12 valve SOHC
Chrysler T3 http://www.gpopshop.com/garrettturbos.html
315cc injectors
SAFC hack (with 0 corrections at this point)
2 bar MAP
10 PSI

The problem is that it seems to lose power after it revs to mabey 5K, almost like a bog of some kind. Sometimes just lifting off the throttle a bit will INCREASE the power. MY ricer a/f gauge (yeah I know) is showing rich the whole time, not all the way but probably 1/2 way between stoich and where the gauge ends. ALso, my TPS shows 100% before I have my foot all the way to the floor, going to try to adjust it when I get home, but I wonder if thats part of the problem.

I dont know if anyone else has had this before but it seemed like the place to ask.

Your A/F gauge is worthless, don't base anything by what it says.

Get a wideband, there is no other way to know what your AFR is. Check your plug gap too.

I didnt think it was great but I had hoped it would at least give me an idea as to how much fuel I was getting. I see that 14point7 has stock on the JAW, so Il probably order up one of them.

I already re gapped the plugs, but Il re check them.
