we have boost!!!!!

its official...we have boost now. I have gotten all the bugs worked out. my turbo is installed and working fine @8psi peak.

here is my setup:
95 civic cx w/d16z6
str fuel rail, hp racing cam gear
msd sci and wires
hf manifold with adapter plate
2 gen eclipse turbo(t-25), bov, fuel pump, and intercooler
vafc, fmu(to be replaced with my dsm injectors)
custom madrel bent 2 1/4 I/C piping
synapse missing link
ac auto boost guage and autometer a/f(to be replaced with my autometer oil pressure)
all my coolant lines vaccuum lines and oil lines.
2 1/2" mandrel bent exhaust with pacesetter muffler for sleeper look.

I think that does it i might be leaving out a few things, but im just so friggin excited. its funny how a tiny 8 psi can take u from this:

My next step is to change the injectors and get a downpipe made...No im not driving it around.I took it out today to get one made, but out of 6 shops no one had time to weld 2 flanges to an elbow of piping.
i took pics of the setup when i get them back ill get them posted.

Can you do me a Favor and make a list of oil fittings you used on your T25 turbo, i have a T25 and a d16y8 motor. i could really use your help to make a list of what i need. would really appreciate it alot thanks.

I just got my dp welded up today, the guy did a horrible job, but hey, it works... The outlet on my T3 was like 2 1/2" away from the back of my AC compressor, so he took some 2" pipe, flattened it, cut the narrowest angle he could on it, and after two hours finally got it to work...

I have the fool grin on my face already, and I don't have my IC, piping, or VAFC hooked up yet! just listening to the turbo spin up does it for me... Reminds me of driving a semi, lol....

what do you have your cam gear set at?? retarded/advanced or set at stock?? also what do you have you distributor timing set to? did you retard it a few degrees??

I have my cam gear at 0'(stock until dyno tune) and the ignition timing is at 10'btdc(6 degrees retard from stock)also i have the NGK zfr6j plugs in right now, but I have a set of bkr7e's i plan on installing before the tuning as that's the plug i intend to use.

The oil lines depends on what u are going to use for lines. I went the cheap route and use brass fittings and rubber fuel line for my oil and coolant lines. I plan on gettin some real lines soon still wanna get all the bugs worked out then make it a little nicer looking. I would suggest getting a kit from "Stealthmode" from what i've seen he makes the nicest kits for a good price.He can be found on here, that's who I'm gonna talk to when the time comes.
