Being a big dog has something to be said for it. Seems you keep getting gains in knock limit, with straight water, until you are delivering 50% the amount of water that you are fuel. For mild pingies and light use, the washer pump with a boost referrenced resrvior works well though.

The only thing the little squirter motor is good for is if you inject before the compresor wheel which works like crap.
Much better to inject as close to the intake as possible in a nice mist.
So you either need a high PSI pump that dont jam runing watter or you need to use a sealed container refrenced to boost. But that is hard to setup due to leaks.

well..if you have a low psi pump you can inject pre compressor..however the water isn't too great for comp side of turbo..but compressor will help to atomize the water vapor... ofcourse.. high psi is always better

itll also tear the ---- out of the wheel. with a water quality of 100% hitting the compressor wheel, its guaranteed to ---- up the blades. Nuclear power plants put alot of effort into figuring out the right quality of steam to turn a turbine wheel
THeres no way the water is going to vaporise pre compresor.
It just pools all over the place.
Check out the aquamist kit. Its pretty cool.
Finding a hig comp motor which can run watter is the problem.

Here is my input after a year of research and intention on doing a nasty setup over the course of the summer.
My buddys friend runs a turbo'd 240 with the stock KA motor w/o an IC, all Water injection for him. Works like a champ.
He uses windshield washer fluid, 50/50 methonal and water. PERFECT.
My father is currently working with a system at his work that deals with a bi-product of waste in this form. Even more perfect as if he can get it to me as i need it, it is free.
As for Pre-compressor wheel...CART cars do this, and I am in the process of trying to find out what honda used on their F1 cars in the 80's when it was 1.5 liters with 3-4 bar of boost and 1000 HP.
I was going to until we figured it wouldnt be nice to destroy a 2000 dollar piece of art for 5 HP increase.
I am convinced though that I could get a good enough nozzle with say...200,000 micron spray to work with this set up. Maybe I will hook up my old turbo on a beater turbo setup and try it there first.
I will be running a multi-stage setup on my 30 psi setup. This will be done by Hobbs pressure switches that will activate two different pumps to two seperate lines, on before IC, one before TB.
I am working with a nozzle company on another project and they will hopefully help me to choose a good nozzle.
I have class 3 minutes ago so I have to hit it, hopefully we can get some more input as I know there is still a lot to learn.
