I agree with stealthy on this one.

Please look into all this more before you start on your kit.

Where u running dry shots or wet shots of nitrous when that is all u did?

Was running a 65 shot dry, sohc zc motor, i/h/e, gutted cat, 15" slips on azenis with 18psi

Was beating a friends b18c1 blt on hatch with runs 14.1-14.3 by a car with traction

I guess Ill look into an internal wastegate, was gonna get an aftermarket boost controller anyways

do you even understand how a wastegate controls boost? or a boost controller for that matter?

Yeah the 35mm refers to the inlet size for wastegate, the size of the area that lets air flow. And as for which is better internal or external, how many race cars you see runing internal wastegates?
