Wastegate dump tube
I'm new to this forum. I must say that I have enjoyed reading the postings. In all that I've read & all the pictures that I've seen...I haven't seen much on divorced wastegate integration concerning the "dump tube". Has anyone seen the flexible stainless vent tubes pictured in Maximum Boost? P.148

Re:Wastegate dump tube
who made your manifold? most log manifolds or the drag/revhard manis have the WG up top not pointing downward so all the exhaust goes in your engine and turns ---- black and melts ----.....yours points down...no need for a dumptube....

Re:Wastegate dump tube

Re:Wastegate dump tube
Thanks for the replies...But due to corrosion, I'm going to go the stainless route all the way. Has anyone had cracking problems with using just a one-piece pipe (without swags or expansion joints? Question...How loud is it without a dump tube? Stupid question I'm sure.
