Default Waste gate problem

I am planning on running like 3 to 5 psi on my sohc how can i get my waste gate down from the 7 psi it is set at??

Assuming he is running a internal wastegate, if it external you can buy a smaller spring, they have some on ebay but i haven't heard much info on those.

i am runnung an external wastegate and i found a spring thanks for the help.
