vitara pistons?
 
are they forged?or cast? how much can they handle?and if they are cast how come people say they expand when they heat UP?

Cast. So far a little over 300hp has been made on them. Metal expands... forged has a smaller expansion.

Go find the thread about them on honda-tech.com by FJT. That'll expand on all the info you ever wanted. I've got 7k miles on mine... and going strong.

to me they're not worth it, pretty much stock pistons with lower compression

well in my experience cast doesnt expand much
forged expands a lot more, especially the low silicone pistons

Lol, if thats true then i'm having one of my backwards days. Sigh, new job is sapping my brain. The silicone content does ring a bell though... i think i need more sleep.
