Im wonder if can i use those strong, aluminium and lightweight laundry vent pipes to make the turbo piping

Why?You can get pipe so cheap these days i dont see the point in bothering.That said it might work. :-\

You can use anything :) Sealing that piping is gonna be tricky. Also since they are "crush bent" the air won't flow as smooth. My local exhaust shop charged me $40 for all my piping, thats including chare pipe and intercooler pipe, all 2.5 inch.
