vacuum clarity

ok im new so answer my question then bash me -=) ..im unsure how these vacuum lines are ran ... specialy at the waste gate.i think it goes ... turbo compressor to a T ..from the T it goes to the bottom nipple of the wastegate, and to a boost controller ? then top nipple from the boost controller to the top of the waste gate ??? i thought i needed a vaccum source from the intake manifold > ? ... and for the blow off i was guna T the fpr same with the boost gaugue ...ahhh i think i need help Again

no vacuum source is needed at the wastegate.
the vacuum line goes from the compressor housing to your boost controller then to the bottom vacuum port at the wastegate. the top port on the wastegate is just a vent.

the bov needs a vacuum source at the intake manifold so the fpr will work.

thank you for explaining ... so the blow off valve and the boost gauge gets vacuum from the fpr what else ties in ? i ask because i only have one T and and 2 E fittings ... u would think the blow off valve would need bigger vacuum lines besides the wastegate but im sure that's debaitable ..im worried about the vaccuum i don't want her to idle weird .... now only if i can find out if xenocron sent me a chip with a basemap lol guess i'll know when i start her

in most cases the wastegate and bov will use a larger diameter vacuum line. check your intake for unused vacuum nipples. if nothing is there then use a reducer tee to increase the size line going into the bov. all these components are sealed units so there will be no vacuum leak to affect idle quality.
