Default Vaccume Line map??

Hey i checked the FAQ but i can;t see any of the pics on it so maybe you guys can help me since im in the process of loosing my turbo install virginity.
I Have a GE vaccume manifold to make the install cleaner and I will be running the brake booster to be the main vaccume source for the manifold. I have a Garrett T3/T4,Tial wastegate, greddy type s bov,and turbo XS duel stage BC. I know for sure that
1.Brake Boost goes to Manifold

2.Bov goes to(well I am) seperate Vaccume source. But which fitting goes to the vaccume on the type s? top or bottom?

3.What does the wastegate go to? and do i use the top or bottom line?

4.where does the Boost controller go to?

Thanks in advance for the help. I swear im not a total dumbass I have an idea where to go but i want to be sure.
