Re: Vaccum during boost?
Vacuum at idle should still be around 19" to 21" depending what kind of shape your motor is in. My z6 idles at 20-21" idle is at about 900 rpm.

Re: Vaccum during boost?

Re: Vaccum during boost?
I noticed with my car that after I adjusted the cam gears the vacum at idle went from 20 to 16. And when I put the camgears back to 0 the vacum went back to 20" hg.

Re: Vaccum during boost?
then you have a vacuum leak most likely
|
Re: Vaccum during boost?
yeah, either a vacuum leak or some broken ringlands. vacuum usually drops when ring/ringlands go out :-\
