obviously it would be better not to have to mix n match but if your just lookin for some extra hp in a daily driver, don't worry about it. (heres another option: http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=STL)

Noob question- how do you use the intake as charge piping? Meaning what about the vacuum holes?

Weld them shut or just plug them anyway that isn't gonna fall apart. Personally I would just pick up a section of pipe for like $25 from the site listed above...

That is way too big, unless you have a $80K race car, you dont need 3" piping I wouldnt go with anything bigger than 2.25" right now on my car I am using 2" untill it reaches the short ram, then it goes to 2.5, the valve cover hose nipple had a screw threaded in to the aluminum along with JB weld to keep it sealed.

Oh and my 2" charge piping is made from ABS plastic, I'm on a real tight budget right now since I have no job, so this will have to do for now, later on down the road I plan to get some 2" steel charge piping made.

I'm running twin turbos on a V6. Exit on the intercooler is 3" and my TB has 3" intake so I'm gonna go 3" straight through the cold side. The hot side will be 2.25"/turbo going to 2.5", I have a 2in1out intercooler.
