Urgent!: Code 14 IACV after turbo install. rough idle

some background: 93 del sol Si (d16z6) with custom turbo kit. running Uberdata P28 with BBKA' map and 450cc injectors.. Upon finishing the install, the car starts up and runs fine for about 5-10 secs then it drops to 500rpm for a second or 2 and goes back up to 1500rpm and keeps doing this. It's throwing a code 14 (IACV). It didnt have this problem before the turbo install. Could faulty wiring on the resistor box cause this? Also we tried putting the AC on it stayed at a some-what smooth, constant 500-600rpm. Any help or input would be awesome. We also checked the vacuum lines we added and there appears to be no leaks.

Sounds like a possible ecu problem. Alot of times for whatever reason after you've chipped your ecu, your idle will not stay steady. Mine does the same thing but I'm not getting any IACV codes. Have you tried disconnecting the IACV plug to see if it's actually working?

Well, we switched IACV's with another car that has a good working one and it's still doing the same exact thing. :-[

hmmm, try clearing the ecu buy unplugging the battery ground for 30 seconds or so. If the code goes away and you still have the funky idle, you probly have a air bubble in the coolant lines.
