I think your cam choice is wack, you will have to rev your engine higher to make the same power you would off a set of turbo cams. The inexpensive yet quality Brian Crowers would make the same or better power lower in the band, and your engine will last a lot longer.

Benson/Laskey is a very expensive way to go over what is a bunch of common knowledge assortment of shelf parts. Pauter rods make me roll my eyes, made over 750 a couple of times one of them with *used* Eagles. The list can go on.

You didn't ask me when you were asking about cam selection.

People are all hot about the mild NA cams for big power, but they push your spool and powerband up higher... the guys getting the most out of them are revving 10-10.5K and changing cams like underwear because they are a wear item at those rpms. All the same, I bet you're going to be really happy with what you're building because there's a whole lot that's right with it, but it's HMT bitch I have to say something negative. :P
