Default ups and downs of a ihi thunderbird turbo???

hey guys i got a ihi thunderbird turbo today at the junkyard for 50$ all oil lines everything anyways i wanted to know what are the ups and downs of these turbos ive searched and ready alot now i just want some ppl to throw out some things

my set up will be this turbo on an ls motor with no more than 10 psi and probably 8 as a daily driver.

its all i got to work with..... i dont want to run lots of boost do u think i will be ok with it? its a very very clean turbo also i read somewhere about a hybrid turbo u can make out of it any ideas guys?

good things:
it has a t3 pattern.
you can use the cold side and wheel for an upgrade to other ihi turbos. such as mazda/probe/subarus.

i'll let u know how i like mine when i get it all installed.. i'm just needing a 1g dsm bov, oil line kit and piping.. got everything else covered.. sucky part is i've gotta do the oil returne line so i'm gonna have to drain the oil and drop the pan

i think i can get my mani to fit a few new bolts yeah let me know when u get it done for sure what motor are u puttin it on? the turbo looks kinda tiny but i think it will be ok for 8 psi till redline i mean those come off of a 2.3l.. if anyones used one or wants to say something about it let me know thanks!

it is also on a car that redlines at like 5000 or so. the thunderbird had a T3 that would be nice for your motor as well. Made by Garrett. .48/.60
