well i really dont think he is talking about a honda becuase he said 2.5L v6
unless he is talking about a j25,c25a which i highly doubt becuase both of those suck. and also im pretty sure the s2000 has a different filter size too. thats why it has a different part number for oil filters then the rest of hondas

well idk if you noticed it doesnt matter the size of the filter i bet a honda oil filter will screw on an audi and i bet that same filter will screw on a 4g63 i know because there all the same thread with that being said if he has a 2.5l mazda which i am just guessing. the blox kit will work

ok well i dont know if you have ever worked in a shop but the threads are different on many different cars and so is the size of the fitting coming out of the block. i bet a honda filter will not go on an audi and it might work on 4g63 but you can go ahead and try to put one on 2.5L all you want but when it doesnt work oh well.

and also size of the filter does matter becuase the o-ring on the sandwich plates are small. if you try to use a wider or skinier filter than oem or oem replacement it will not seal properly and thus cuase a huge leak and blow your enigne up
