Default uber hacked? bad idea?

i kno everyone hates the afc n ive never used one so i dunno wassup yet, ive jus heard all the bad stores. but what if i have uberdata but noone to help tune it, can i use the afc for the adjustments like lowering afr in idle, n most of the part throttle. n maybe even adding a lil fuel under boost? or is this a bad idea?

it'd be much easier to just make the adjustments via uberdata. you can get a rom burner for $30 off ebay, search for willem dual power eprom programmer, with that you should have no trouble doing it yourself.

you can use the afc with uber no problems. just make sure you have all the correction settings at '0' and use uber to scale for the injectors and set your timing according to the uber map. basically, hook the afc up and use it just like you would on a stock car. little to no correction via the afc won't make your timing all screwy like if you were just using the afc by itself. i know tons of people that run both.

yeah, prob be easier for you to just use the hack and uber then. just listen to projekteg's advice, he knows what he's talking about.

this ways works pretty good. i'm doing this to mine, and it's been about 6 months with no problems.

If you don't know how to use uber then its a simple as going to the forum and reading the newb section. Its not hard at all to learn. Also if you don't have a wideband then get one.

omfg if you cant figure out how to use uber and then tune it via uber with a $30 burner, then you dont deserve to even be using uber, just do the afc hack...
