Re: Type rs bov question?

take your overpriced POS bov to a hardware store near you and look for a fitting that will go into the thread with a nipple that suits your needs.
From images.google.com pics, it looks like the fitting you want is 1/8" NPT, but then again go to a ------- store and check for yourself.

That type of bullshit attitude doesnt fly here. If you want your BOV to be louder:

a) go ---- yourself ricer
b)buy a used knock-off and take that piece from it.
c) talk to PhilStubbs

Re: Type rs bov question?

first of all i asked a simple question and he came up wit the attitude. if he wasnt sure then thats all he had to say then u come and say thats not going to fly and call me a ricer? who are u supposed to be? i asked for bov advice not insults just that simple. that part was missing on my bov i justed wanted it plain and simple. im not going to have anyone come at me like that.

i found the part i bought the part so case closed

good recap but you left out the part where I gave you two perfectly viable options for getting ahold of the part you need

you're not going to have anyone come at you like that? Care to break that into some sort of sentence that makes sense?

Re: Type rs bov question?

BTW, I think you were asking for the wrong thing. That part is probably called a bov horn and not a fitting, you dumbass.
On HMT nobody can afford the loud greddy ----, we all run ebay intercooler/piping/bov setups (sometimes used DSM parts fit great as well with little modification), junkyard/diesel turbos and hf manifolds if it's a d series, bitch.
If you don't like the advice given to you by HMT users, then stay the hell off HMT dumbass.

Re: Type rs bov question?

When will you stupid fucks ever learn? You get as good as advice as your question - ask for ----, get ----. Also, talking about a BOV in uncertain terms like a moron will get you more flames than a witch in Salem. (actually they weren't burned, but...)

PICTURES are the only unambiguous way to ask a question. Not only that, but due to the fact a picture is worth a thousand words, you INSTANTLY add another 863 words to your current vocabulary w/o having to learn jack-----. Don't you dare flame us back for being angry assholes to your stupid ass. You know where the door is if you want to leave, we aren't going anywhere soon, besides to your mom & sister's houses.

That statement's not entirely true, I used to run a read-deal Greddy RS valve, but then I upgraded to a Tomei modified jdm Evo 9 MR bypass valve that cost way more but worked much better. Ever think that maybe he got an awesome deal on it from a friend or something? Besides, I'm not too big on chinese knock-off bov's, most of the one's I've seen have some seriously shitty machining work.
